Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
- Main cities: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Regional areas: typically 4–7 business days.
Tracking your order
Your shipping email contains a live tracking link. If it's been more than two business days and you haven't received it, check your spam folder, then reach us.
A note on returns
Because of the personal nature of wearable and eyewear products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
